今天投票通过，晚上启动主网
ABP的拟议时间表：
6月9日 20:00 messing开始，10个种子节点将公布其 IP 地址和 p2p 端点
6月10日 早上（待定） BP候选节点将连接到种子节点并将块推送到网络
6月10日 20:00 竞选 BP 将被要求 regproducer
6月10日 21:00 主链宣布成功 （投票超过15%）

目前进展，EOS BIOS（启动工具做的好） 和 EOS Core（安全方案做得好） 目前是比较受认可的两个主链候选，接下去48小时会需要更多节点加入和安全检验，最终社区决定一个EOS主网
